An on-air chinwag about the Sall Grover event in Christchurch NZ; the venue with more backbone than all our councils combined; and fighting back against gender ideology.
I had a chat on Reality Check Radio with fellow fighter against gender-ideology, Helen Houghton, and hosted by Paul Brennan.
We discussed how the Sall Grover event in Christchurch on 10th July went, the venue we had it in, the protestors who stayed away, collaboration, and how the mood of the audience on that night was noticeably different to that of three years ago when the then upcoming sex-self-ID bill was being discussed¹.
Helen is the leader of the New Conservatives NZ political party. She and I are not in agreement on some topics, and in lockstep on others. Pretty normal, really. One of the things we are in lockstep on is that collaboration is needed as well as individual effort to defeat gender ideology and the harms it brings to our world.
Expect to hear more from this ‘dynamic duo’ 😊 In the meantime, enjoy the listen here -
HELEN HOUGHTON & KATRINA BIGGS: On Sall Grover's Recent Speaking Tour & the Progress Made in Pushing Back Against the Transgender Agenda - Reality Check Radio
Reality Check Radio (RCR) is probably the most eclectic media platform we have here in New Zealand. It pushes boundaries, and is not afraid to give a voice to experts and ordinary people alike, including those with ‘controversial’ beliefs and opinions. In fact, that could be said to be their ethos. The hosts themselves are from all walks of life, and the discussions reflect that variety. RCR evolved due to mainstream media becoming ever narrower in the scope of what it reported on and aired, and in that environment RCR continues to grow and get support.
Awesome Katrina! We all just keep going, keep talking, keep researching, and keep encouraging one another!
The link didn't work for me, Katrina but got there by going through the Reality Check website.
Excellent discussion. Thanks to Helen and you...and Paul Brennan.
Will cross post in due course.
