The ‘Let Women Speak’ rally in Auckland on 25 March will not pass into obscurity, despite the best efforts of our mainstream media and public service to do exactly that to it. The mob violence perpetrated on women that day has seared itself into our psyche. Many New Zealanders, both women and men, were not only shocked, we got angry on a whole new level at what we either experienced from being there, or saw unfold. Let Women Speak Tour. Albert Park, Auckland. 25/iii/2023 - YouTube
Like countless others, I watched the livestream of the rally and was horrified at what I saw happening in real time. A horde of frenzied trans activists, weaponising noise to the extent that emergency service personnel were unable to hear those who called them above that noise, swarmed the women who were at the centre of the rally, including Kellie-Jay Keen, as well as the rally attendees, and proceeded to violently push, shove, and assault them.
The scant handful of police in the proximity of the rally appear to have been told by a ‘higher up’ not to intervene, and said to those who desperately asked them to help that they were not there to protect them. Kellie-Jay Keen had to be got out of the park in which the rally was being held by the heroic efforts of the volunteer women rally marshalls and hired security men. I call their efforts “heroic”, because that mob was baying and lunging for Kellie-Jay, and the women marshalls and security guys bore the physical brunt of it. Once they got her out of the park, the police then took over and got her safely away.
I don’t mind admitting my anger was white-hot when watching that livestream. Ensuing communications tell me I wasn’t alone by any means. It opened the eyes of many to exactly how trans ideology negatively impacts on women, more than anything else could have. There was little admiration for it amongst all but the most blindly determined trans activists and advocates – who, it has to be said, are considerable in number. Counted amongst them are our mainstream media, Prime Minister, Members of Parliament, our Ministry for Women, and our National Council of Women. None of these condemned the violence against women on that day.
However, after that appalling display by trans activists on that pivotal day, the number of New Zealanders who might not have cared once about what trans ideology means to women and girls, but now do, has vastly increased. And those who kept their heads down out of fear, or ennui, are now lining up to join groups where they can talk and collaborate to combat it.
One of the new and evolving groups to emerge from all this is Real Women NZ .
This is where a panel of NZ women, and guests (eventually including overseas and ‘penis-havers’), of various political persuasions will be speaking in a weekly live-stream beginning on Tuesday 11 April at 7.30pm NZT. There’s no more let women speak – we WILL speak. Tune into our Facebook page on Tuesday evenings to hear more, and engage in Q&A.
To hear a little more about us – and I’m assured the live-stream will be better quality than this recording - here’s Helen Houghton, who has been a principle driver of this (and has ovaries of steel 😊).
Here’s a time zone converter for those outside of New Zealand.
According to their own website, the purpose of the NZ police is to, "seek to prevent crime and crashes, improve public safety, detect and bring offenders to account, and maintain law and order." Can someone please explain why they totally abdicated their sworn duty in Auckland?
Any possibility of publishing a live stream to YouTube?
Apart from being banned on Twitter 2x, I recently had my Instagram and Facebook hacked and shut down by livid trannies. There is no recourse to getting them back and I'm prevented from starting new accounts. Many other women following this Substack may have suffered similar deplatforming.
GC women are a new type of lost tribe cast into the wilderness.
Having had 2 warnings on YouTube my days there may be numbered too. Apart from YT the only places they haven't been able to shut me down yet are Substack and my blog -
