Thank you for the compliment :-) I’d like to think I’ve done some good, but the reality is that nothing I’ve done has made the slightest difference to the trajectory that both national and local government have been determined to take with gender ideology. All I do now is write and keep people informed :-)
you know you are up against an internationally funded highly organised global movement. you are david. sling shot in hand. facing goliath. but some of your shots will land. every time you write more change occurs. they may seem like tiny bruises. hard to see from a distance. but some of your shots will land.
Thanks Katrina. The conference looks really interesting and well overdue, though a bit of a pity Plunket has to describe 'the Landy sisters' in a derogatory way. Hopefully his prediction that the mainstream media will dismiss and otherwise ignore it as 'a Terf conference' will not be accurate. At some point they are going to have to admit their bias, take their heads out of the sand, and enter the fray for women's rights, child safeguarding, common sense and freedom of speech. Also interesting that over half of Labour Party MPs agree we need to stop prescribing puberty blockers to our kids. Embarassing for an old leftie like me that it's the right-wing parties who are more ready to see the dangers of this ideology and want to protect children, even women, from these dangers. It's a strange world we have made, to be sure.
I don't like how Plunket makes derogatory remarks, either. He can be a real twat, but he gets people onto his show who the more 'morally superior' ignore.
I'm also rather bemused how the conservatives have become our comrades in this matter, but tbh, I realise more and more how some conservative values are helping us hold the line against perverts and predators. And, yes - I know that being conservative is not necessarily any protection against these :-)
Reading Wi Neera's council bio.....such a member of the Wellington blob. Lived in Wellington his whole life more or less, went to Victoria, studied arts, clearly thinks all the right thinks.
I used to like Wellington. Now it's hard not to think that a hell of a lot of this countries problems come from there and it's insular, weirdo, marxist thinking.
Beware your fellow travellers. Because this IS an inflection point, they can and will (and have) exploited, betrayed grumpy old women. This is not a rugby game in spite of the efforts of gender ideologists and trans activists to make it one. Truth will not out and sanity if we lose sight of political machinations
Good luck to you all!
thank you for being such a force for change here in nz.

Nicely said - thank you :-)
You have planted the seed in many. It will grow.
Thanks for all you do Katrina! So over "anti-trans" BS. Enjoy your trip & look forward to hearing more :)
