We (women) have to be STAUNCH about women’s events…no matter what that event is..! If it’s advertised as a WOMENS event then THAT is an ABSOLUTE criteria for entry, XX only..! Trans (men) can do all their own hard yards to get THEIR own class for sport and spaces, just as women have had to do. Why is it they think it’s ok to impose and take over our spaces..? Make your own spaces..! We, women, will NOT give up our hard won goals..!

'NoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNoNo!' Love it! That was my first word. It remains the most useful. 🤨This is a good point too: 'Instead of being allowed to glory in their own prowess, women will be in the soul-destroying position of having to say time and time again that, comparably speaking, they’re not as good as men.' The men just LOVE women having to admit this. I really hope the govt etc listen this time. It's just incredible they've been allowed to push this corruption so far. Good on the sportspeople speaking out. Looks like the boxing peaked a fair few.

“They have a point” ?? Is that all he can say? When will these idiots think about women’s rights? Oh that’s right! We don’t have any anymore even though men who pretend to be women have all the rights! This is a shit show!!!

Probably haven't 'worked their butts off' more likely poked penile pushiness into the melee of mankiness. Children are after puberty very different in terms of sporting prowess and there is no such thing/being as a 'trans child' such a figment only 'exists' in the mindset of the deluded. Horses for courses...I take issue with the concept of allowing 'mixed sex' competition in equestrian events on behalf of the mounts whose preference to be 'mounted' on equal terms... is a consideration to be taken into ...consideration. As for bowls, bosoms weigh in there and so inequitable and darts...gosh...

Keep males and their drooping delusions out of women's sports period. Oh and there's another tangential possibility...but!

Fairness is sewn into the fabric sport. The word “sport” is a shortened version of “sportmanship” and the definition of sportmanship from the oxford dictionary is “fair and generous behaviour or treatment of others, especially in a sporting contest”.

Global sport has been captured and is now driven by American values where winning by any means to achieve money is the only goal. America is a very young country that established itself very recently through the destruction of natural established values, force, and male domination. It’s currently an adolescent on the global stage and hasn’t matured enough to realize that brute force, destruction and male domination aren’t sustainable or productive in the long term.

America doesn’t work for Americans so it’s sure as 💩 not going to work for anyone else.

The trans argument isn’t a women’s rights issue it’s man’s rights that are in question: should a man have the right to enter women’s sports or women only spaces? The answer is simple - no.

Is there a way to keep lobbying the ball back into the mens court so women don’t have to keep defending themselves?

...& today we have Flip Grater conveniently forgetting why there EVER WERE segregated spaces for females on the editorial page of the Press, amidst a confused tangle of featherweight, kind & loving empowerment of...confused, or worse men. Honestly...

Seriously? I bet it's she's covering her rear-end, because she's a vegan and has a vegan business. The vegan 'community' is riddled with TWAWsers - many of whom I've fallen afoul of, needless to say - so I guarantee there's a fair whack of 'commercial kindness' in her kind and loving empowerment.

Had given up reading her, along with so many, but the topic lured me in. And yes, the vegan goods thing...

I’ve also written that email to NZ Cricket about the Black Caps playing a test match with the Afghanistan men’s team, which I said I was going to do. I doubt if they’ll reply, even though I was polite, but I’ll give them a couple of days, anyway.
