I have been involved in dog shows on and off for most of my life. I can't take my Border Collie bitch to a show entered as St Bernard dog because the ring steward would bar us from entering the judge's space. Even if I told them that my dog had taken on the identity of a different breed and her sex. Cat shows are the same. Clearly the IOC is untethered from reality and does not care about women's sport or their safety.
